Dylan McCain Allen

Dylan McCain Allen holds a personal mission: to help the heroes.

Dylan carries careers in university administration, business development consulting, and nonprofit management to the social sector. His primary skills include fundraising, grants management, and data analytics. Dylan is also experienced with workshop facilitation, disaster management and business continuity planning, educational and arts programming, impact evaluation, technological planning and implementation, leadership development, strategic planning, and revitalizing struggling organizations. Dylan keeps ahead of the curve on industry practices along with related academic fields. Additionally, Dylan has co-founded and incorporated multiple organizations.

Dylan is a graduate of Rollins College with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Responsible Business Management. He is an active alumnus of CRAVE of Florida, Inc. and serves with several Central Florida nonprofits, including having been on five nonprofit boards.

In his free time, Dylan enjoys traveling, hiking, climbing, weightlifting, gardening, playing with his cat (Juniper), cooking, traveling, reading, and playing video games.
